EYFS Teaching Assistant We are seeking a passionate EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a school in Carlisle. This is a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated individual with experience in schools or early years settings, particularly in supporting children with additional needs. Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will: -Support the teacher in delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons. -Help children progress on their individual educational journeys and achieve key milestones. -Take a child-centred approach, providing personalized support to children with SEND. -Create a nurturing and secure environment where children can thrive. -Build strong relationships with staff and parents, ensuring effective communication about childrens daily activities and health needs. What Were Looking For The ideal candidate will: -Have a genuine passion for working with young children. -Demonstrate a friendly, outgoing personality and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. -Possess a relevant childcare or Teaching Assistant qualification (highly desirable). -Be enthusiastic about making a positive impact in the lives of young learners.
