The job holder will provide technical support to manufacturing and ensure optimum performance of equipment and technical assets. Key responsibilities for this role include: To assist with the maintenance of high volume automated production equipment and machinery as required including electrical, pneumatic and mechanical fault finding and repair. To conduct planned and preventative maintenance of production equipment. To perform machine and production setups and changes. To assist with continuous improvements to high volume automated production equipment and machinery. Maintain documentation and records including technical documents and reports. Responsibilities Contribute to the overall team/departmental strategy. Keep abreast of the latest innovations and developments. Ensure compliance at all times with company and statutory requirements. Participate in the day-to-day activities of the team and work effectively as a team member to ensure continuous improvement. Meet performance measures and KPIs set for you and your team. Communicate in a timely and effective manner with members of your team and other parts of the business. Participate in training opportunities. Candidates must have the following: Time served apprentice qualified to HNC (minimum) in Electrical
