The successful candidate will be responsible for providing test solutions and supporting sample builds for TPMS product families during their development process.General Responsibilities • Participate in the development of end-user tools for data analysis, reporting and work flow processes with database communication • Assist with analyzing the existing software and improving the processes • Coordinate with the Design and Test Lab departments on requirements of new functionality • Participate in integration of in-house software for our test equipment • Taking part in on-site software debugging, machines further adaptation and optimization Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers* Utilise a working knowledge of a PC programming software languages and programming techniques (C/C++/C#/Visual Basic), revision control, and verification and validation techniques to develop and debug new and existing test solutions* Shall be having knowledge in the use of test development applications (National Instruments LabVIEW, TestStand).* Experience in electronic test (ICT systems)* Knowledge RF test and Measurement systems* Contribute to continually optimising the NPI process including writing technical documents and providing product specific training to manufacturing support staff.* Liaise with various departments including Project Management, R&D and Manufacturing Engineering at a technical level, working within the NPDE2 framework to deliver successful growth and new product projects.* Ability to project manage, collate, analyse and interpret data to identify, communicate and document risks and issues identified during product development* Ability to work autonomously, and rapidly often to tight deadlines, without compromising quality on multiple projects.* Support FAT and SAT of new production equipment liaising with all internal departments and equipment suppliers at a technical level where required.#LI-GD1# Smarter**Together*** Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an **enriching environment** that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing* Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining **new perspectives** through mutual respect and open communication* As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work togetherClick here to viewClick here to view our**NOTE: If you are a current Sensata employee (or one of our Affiliates), please back out of this application and log into Workday via the Company Intranet to apply directly.
