The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of a portfolio of projects and programs. This role ensures that all initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will also serve as a key liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout.## **General Responsibilities*** Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery within defined scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to define project scope, deliverables, resource requirements, schedules, and budgets for new initiatives.* Establish and manage timelines, budgets, and project activities.* Apply effective risk, change, and resource management practices.* Identify and resolve high-level project issues and escalations.* Evaluate program performance, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.* Ensure delivery against key objectives, including customer satisfaction and team performance.* Drive and manage changes or interventions required to achieve project goals.* Facilitate transparent and effective communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and decisions.* Produce accurate, timely reporting on program status throughout its lifecycle.* Conduct ongoing risk analysis and mitigation planning across programs.**Experience / Qualifications*** A university degree required (i.e. Bachelor’s degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands* Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation* Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results* Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity* Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)* Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers* Customer facing PM, leading a multi-disciplinary team in executing Program comprising of both HW and SW* Lead all aspects in defining the business case for new opportunities.* Lead specific Change Management projects in line with customer and company requirements.**Essential Criteria:*** At least 2+ years’ experience in Project and/or Program Management.* Experience in leading development Projects**Desirable Criteria:*** Background in an Automotive or fast paced technology development environment* Knowledge of Cyber Security and Functional Safety requirements for the Automotive industry**We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
