We are recruiting a proactive applicant with excellent organizational skills to join the Sensata Vehicle team in Antrim. Reporting to the EMC and Radio Type Approvals Team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating products to gain worldwide approval. Your main responsibilities will be to deliver the necessary certificates for products to our national markets.
General Responsibilities- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Regularly communicate and present project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and bring solutions/opportunities.
- Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Assist in performing risk management to minimize project risks.
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results.
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
