We are offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our Aftermarket Product Development team at the NITC site. The role encompasses hardware and systems development, component testing in an automotive environment and the chance to apply new concepts and tools to advance your engineering career.
- Understand how the hardware blocks within the Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensor work together to provide a system‑level solution.
- Perform testing on our Tire Pressure Sensors product portfolio using laboratory measurement equipment; full training will be provided.
- Define tests to exercise new hardware and appreciate the product development process.
- Conduct battery‑life testing for new sensor developments.
- Reverse‑engineer using MoSCoW for the EZ sensor.
- Train for the ECO process to support engineering activities.
- Conduct initial failure analysis of validation and field returns.
- Provide support to other teams, liaising with embedded software and verification teams.
- Undertake a long‑term research & development project to deepen knowledge and address a current gap in the technology roadmap.
- Provide opportunities to travel for testing at customer sites worldwide.
Qualifications:
- Currently studying a degree in Systems or Electronics.
- Strong drive, enthusiasm and ambition to succeed in an automotive design environment.
