The IT Regional Lead – EMEA will play a crucial role in transitioning Sensata Technologies to a global service delivery model. This position focuses on improving IT support and service delivery across the region, ensuring consistent solutions, and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This role will also be responsible for partnering with Sensata leaders in the region to identify IT needs and coordinate with the respective IT teams, utilizing Sensata’s defined intake and prioritization process. The regional IT leader will serve as a single point of escalation for business organizations and assist in prioritizing work needed for daily operations. Key focus areas include deploying standards, reducing complexity, and adding value to internal customers.
General Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units in the region.
- Collaborate with business units to understand their technology needs and objectives.
- Serve as the liaison between IT and the region, directing requests appropriately.
- Influence the utilization of global services and break down silos.
- Provide feedback to the Global Client Services team to improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality service delivery.
- Act as the escalation point for IT service issues and critical incidents in the region.
- Create and maintain an asset management roster until the global system is implemented.
- Coordinate audits with global service delivery leaders.
- Identify risks and issues related to IT projects and services.
- Ensure vendors are engaged appropriately.
Experience / Qualifications:
- A university degree (Bachelor\’s preferred) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong business ethics and effective communication skills.
