Who we are, what we do
Sensat is a geospatial AI business that powers advanced and highly functional digital twins for the world's most critical infrastructure projects. We partner with the world's largest construction, engineering and critical infrastructure companies, including National Grid, Network Rail, Heathrow and Severn Trent Water. We enable our customers to fight the costly and high‑risk "Status Quo" of siloed data, people and processes. Our AI‑powered digital twins help teams digitally visualise, plan and manage projects, providing Project Confidence Through Clarity.
We are a high trust, high impact team, who offer purpose driven work. We operate with autonomy and flexibility in an agile, flat structure. We look for highly talented, adaptable and curious individuals who love solving meaningful problems and who share our resilient team spirit when facing challenges!
We more than doubled ARR in 2025, with a strong pipeline that positions us for another year of 100%+ ARR growth this year! Backed by over £25 million in funding from blue‑chip investors like National Grid Partners and with imminent US market entry representing a significant value inflection point, this is an exciting time to join the Sensat team!
The role - why it exists & why it’s interesting
The mission: turn high‑value industry moments into a repeatable revenue machine. You don't just "book booths", you own the guest list, the follow‑up, and the pipeline velocity that gets us to our goals.
The challenge; At Sensat, we don’t just sell software; we digitise the physical world. As our Field Marketing Lead, you are the architect of our offline community. Your goal is to turn "Land" into "Expand" by creating high‑value touchpoints that move our customers from initial users to lifelong advocates. You will own the physical stage, from intimate C‑suite dinners to our flagship User Days, ensuring every interaction feels as innovative as our technology.
What you’ll be doing
- Customer Advocacy Programs: Design and execute our Customer Advisory Board (CAB), turning our most influential users into strategic partners who shape our product roadmap.
- Intimate Executive Events: Own the end‑to‑end strategy for "Land and Expand" breakfasts, dinners or workshops. You’ll curate the guest list with Sales/CS and create environments where our customers can share digital transformation wins.
- Flagship User Days: Lead the annual User Day, shifting it from a "training session" to a high‑production "Innovation Summit" that celebrates customer success and reveals new expansion opportunities.
- High‑Impact Tradeshows: Move beyond the "booth and a banner." You will curate Sensat’s presence at major industry shows, focusing on speaking slots, live demos, and VIP fringe events.
- Bridge to Sales & CS: Work daily with BDRs.
