Overview

In this role you build deep understanding of Sensat’s civil engineering customers and help project teams derive value from our digital twin platform. You will manage a portfolio, onboard and train users, and run ongoing conversations to drive adoption. You’ll demonstrate the platform on-site in real projects and feed customer needs back to Product and Tech to maximise impact. You stay close to project realities while shaping how technology supports planning, collaboration and decision-making across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships with a portfolio of Sensat customers and help project teams solve real problems using the platform
  • Onboard and train users; build relationships across project teams; run regular customer conversations and identify adoption gaps
  • Visit customer sites to demonstrate Sensat in the context of live projects and illustrate practical benefits
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements
  • Understand project workflows and problems deeply to ensure technology solves core issues rather than offering quick workarounds
  • Help customers understand and adopt new digital ways of working and technology change across projects

Key requirements

  • Experience in civil engineering, construction or major infrastructure project delivery
  • Ability to operate across disciplines and communicate with technical stakeholders
  • Curiosity about technology and how it solves real project problems
  • Experience training people on new tools or processes and supporting digital change
  • Comfort with on-site customer interactions and presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong communication and relationship-building
  • Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail
  • Cross-functional collaboration and facilitation
  • Geospatial technology, mapping, surveying or drone data
  • BIM, CAD or digital engineering
  • Digital project-delivery tools or tools enabling technology adoption across project teams
