Thrive Education is expanding our SEN supply team and is looking for dedicated SEN Classroom Support Assistants to work across a variety of schools and specialist provisions throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset.

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (education, care, youth work, or similar)
  • A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
  • Confidence supporting 1:1 and small groups
  • Willingness to assist with personal care where required
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to rural locations)
