Thrive Education is expanding our SEN supply team and is looking for dedicated SEN Classroom Support Assistants to work across a variety of schools and specialist provisions throughout Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset.
If you’re passionate about inclusion and want to play a meaningful role in helping young people overcome barriers to learning, we’d love to hear from you.
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (education, care, youth work, or similar)
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Confidence supporting 1:1 and small groups
- Willingness to assist with personal care where required
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to rural locations)
