We are looking for a dedicated SEN Cover Supervisor to join a specialist Secondary SEN & Alternative Provision setting in Thrapston on a full‑time, temp‑to‑perm basis. You will support students across KS3 & KS4 with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs, helping to create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
Role Details
- Location: Wolverhampton
- Contract: Full‑time, Temp to Perm
- Start Date: Immediate
- Pay: £100 – £130 per day (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise classes and deliver pre‑set lessons
- Support students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs
- Promote positive behaviour and classroom engagement
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams
Requirements
- Experience within SEN, SEMH, or Alternative Provision (preferred)
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Patient, adaptable, and confident approach
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required
- Appropriate qualifications and training for this role
- Valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (or willingness to obtain)
