Available Roles:

  • Cover Supervisors
    • As a Cover Supervisor, you will take the lead in the classroom, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
    • Key responsibilities include:
      • Supervising lessons across a range of subjects using pre-set materials
      • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
      • Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
      • Providing clear feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
      • Supporting the wider school community and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Teaching Assistants (SEN, SEMH & Alternative Provision)
    • You will work in specialist settings supporting students with additional needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), SEN, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges.
    • Key responsibilities include:
      • Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs
      • Supporting students with additional learning or behavioural needs
      • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
      • Implementing behaviour support strategies and individual learning plans
      • Helping students build confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
      • Monitoring progress and feeding back to staff
      • Creating a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment
  • Future Teachers - (School-Based Teacher Training)

    • Year 1 - Cover Supervisor
      • Deliver lessons and gain classroom experience
