The Role – HLTA
- Deliver high-quality learning support across various subjects and key stages
- Cover lessons in the absence of teachers, following lesson plans
- Support both whole-class and small-group learning

- Support behaviour management and maintain a positive learning environment
Requirements
- Hold HLTA status or equivalent recognised experience
