A young person learning to manage a disagreement.

A pupil finding the confidence to speak up in a group.

A teenager beginning to take responsibility for their choices.

These moments might not appear on a school report, but they can make an enormous difference to a young person's future.

As a Youth Development & Education Support Worker, you'll help children build the confidence, relationships and life skills that support their development both inside and outside the classroom.

If you have experience supporting children or young people and are ready for a new opportunity in Liverpool, we'd love to hear from you.
