Senploy in West Drayton is seeking a SEND Learning Support Assistant to join their inclusive specialist setting from September.
This is a long-term, full-time role, Monday to Friday, supporting pupils with a range of complex needs in a nurturing environment.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, using visual timetables and targeted strategies, and you will collaborate with teachers and therapists to help pupils develop confidence, independence and engagement in learning.
