A specialist PRU setting in Urmston is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis. This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, helping to create a positive and structured learning environment where students can re‑engage with education and achieve their full potential.
The Role
- Supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
- Delivering interventions and planned learning activities across the school day
