Ideal SEND Teacher:
- Holds QTS teaching qualification.
- Has recent experience teaching pupils with SEND in a primary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of a range of learning needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.
- Is patient, adaptable and confident working with pupils with complex needs.
- Has a clear Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
Dependent on experience. Is paid weekly through PAYE. That means no self‑employed or umbrella companies.
