The role:
Supporting young people aged 11-25, you’ll deliver mentoring, outreach and re-engagement work within PRUs, Alternative Provision academies, charity-led projects and specialist SEMH settings. Your ability to build trust, encourage positive choices and promote resilience will help young people move towards education, employment and brighter futures.
Salary: £14-16 per hour, £105-120 per day
Requirements:
- Experience working with young people is essential.
- More importantly, we’re looking for people with empathy, resilience, patience and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable young people.
- Enhanced DBS, safeguarding, references and right to work required.
