Elevate Beyond is seeking SEMH Youth Workers to support specialist provisions across Greater Manchester, offering mentoring, outreach and re-engagement work for young people aged 11–25.
You'll build trusted relationships, promote resilience and help learners move towards education, employment and brighter futures, in PRUs, Alternative Provision academies and community projects.
Enhanced DBS and safeguarding compliance required.
