Pay: £103.95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
  • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Help implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) where required
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN (e.g., ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or SEMH) is highly desirable
  • A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
  • Relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential with the right experience
