Role Overview:

Are you a caring, resilient, and motivated individual looking to make a genuine difference in young people\’s lives? Thrive Education is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset from September 2025.

Children\’s Needs Support:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
  • MLD, SLD, and Complex Needs

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Have experience supporting children with SEN (in schools, care, or similar settings)
  • Be calm, reliable, and adaptable to new environments
  • Be confident in supporting both individuals and small groups
  • Have a nurturing approach and strong communication skills
  • Be willing to provide personal care if required
  • Have access to a car due to rural school locations
