Role Overview:
Are you a caring, resilient, and motivated individual looking to make a genuine difference in young people\’s lives? Thrive Education is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supply team across Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset from September 2025.
Children\’s Needs Support:
- Autism (ASC)
- ADHD
- SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health)
- MLD, SLD, and Complex Needs
Ideal Candidates Will:
- Have experience supporting children with SEN (in schools, care, or similar settings)
- Be calm, reliable, and adaptable to new environments
- Be confident in supporting both individuals and small groups
- Have a nurturing approach and strong communication skills
- Be willing to provide personal care if required
- Have access to a car due to rural school locations
