Remedy is seeking a dedicated and inspiring SEMH Teaching Assistant to support a year 6 child in a leading primary school in North London. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant we want you to support the academic growth of this pupil whilst improving the mental and social wellbeing of this pupil.

The ideal candidate:
– Experience working with students with behavioural challenges, preferably in an educational or special education setting.
– Knowledge of behaviour management techniques, positive reinforcement strategies, and de-escalation methods.

We\’re Looking For:
– A graduate in Criminology, Psychology, or a related field with a strong interest in youth justice or supporting students with SEMH needs.
– While prior experience is beneficial, full training and support will be provided.
– Previous experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role.
