Our client, a leading educational services provider in Staines, Surrey, is seeking a dedicated and experienced part‑time 1:1 In‑Person Tutor to join their team. As a part‑time 1:1 In‑Person Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalised and comprehensive academic support to our clients’ students, helping them to achieve their full potential. Key responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of each student's learning needs and develop personalised learning plans to address strengths and weaknesses.

- Provide regular feedback and progress updates to students and their families, and collaborate with them to ensure that educational goals are being met.
- Maintain detailed records of each student's progress and achievements, and use this information to continuously refine and improve the tutoring approach.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest curriculum standards, assessment practices, and educational technologies, and incorporate them into your teaching approach.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to be actively engaged and motivated in their studies.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in the subject area you wish to tutor, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a 1:1 or small group setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with students of all ages and backgrounds.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
