What you\’ll be doing:
– Supporting children across EYFS to KS2, including whole-class, group, and 1:1 interventions
– Working with pupils with a range of needs, including SEMH, behavioural challenges, emotional dysregulation, and EHCPs
– Delivering or assisting with phonics interventions (experience with Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics, or Sounds Write is desirable)
– Running or supporting therapy-based interventions for small groups or individuals
– Using positive behaviour management approaches – experience with PACE and Team Teach is highly desirable
– Helping children manage their emotions and feel safe, supported, and confident in school

What we\’re looking for:
– Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant field (Teaching Assistant, Education, Early Years, Child Psychology, or Early Childhood Studies)
– Experience supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
– Strong background in 1:1 support, particularly with SEMH and lower ability learners
– Knowledge or experience in phonics and academic interventions
– A nurturing, calm, and proactive approach with excellent communication skills
– A willingness to adapt and contribute positively in both mainstream and SEN settings
