What you\’ll be doing:
– Delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, in line with the curriculum and each school\’s expectations
– Confidently managing classroom behaviour and upholding school policies regarding safeguarding, conduct, and work standards
– Adapting to new settings quickly and positively, maintaining consistency for pupils
– Differentiating learning for pupils of varying ability levels, including those with EHCPs and additional learning needs
– Working collaboratively with support staff and SLT to ensure every pupil receives appropriate support
– Contributing to an inclusive, respectful learning environment in both mainstream and SEN settings

What we\’re looking for:
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it (ECTs encouraged to apply)
– Experience across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (any combination welcomed)
– A strong understanding of safeguarding, behaviour management and adaptive teaching
– Confidence in differentiating tasks and supporting learners with additional needs
– A flexible, positive, and proactive approach to teaching
