Responsibilities
- Providing classroom, small‐group, and 1:1 support
- Supporting EHCP targets and personalised learning programmes
- Assisting with communication, regulation, and emotional development
- Helping with personal care and daily routines where required
- Working collaboratively with teachers and multi‐agency teams
- Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and structured environment
Requirements
- Must be a driver (essential due to school location)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade A-C
- Calm, patient, and positive approach
