Educato Limited is seeking energetic, empathetic individuals to join our partner schools as SEN Teaching Assistants - no prior classroom experience required. What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting children with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language, and sensory processing challenges.
  • Assisting students 1:1 or in small groups to access learning.
  • Using movement, games, and structured routines to help children regulate emotions and stay focused.
  • Working collaboratively with Teachers, SENCOs, and Therapists as part of a supportive team.
  • Encouraging confidence, social interaction, and emotional development.

What We're Looking For

  • A sport science graduate or experienced sports coach passionate about working with children.
  • Energetic, patient, and committed to making a difference.
  • Open to supporting children with additional needs or behavioural challenges.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Ability to provide a minimum of 2 professional references covering the last 2 years.
