  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have knowledge of Autism, SLD and/or PMLD
  • Can adapt teaching approaches to meet individual pupil needs
  • Are confident leading support staff and managing classroom teams effectively
  • Use a range of communication strategies to engage learners
  • Are reflective practitioners committed to ongoing professional development
  • Have a passion for inclusive education and preparing young people for adulthood
