The Opportunity
We need our SEND tutors to create and deliver engaging lessons for students with a large range of SEND tailored to each individual student. Your experience may come from previous tuition experience or experience in a classroom environment, where your skills can be transferred to a more focused lesson. One of the main aims of the role is to support the student in their learning, but we also need tutors who can help provide the stability and structure that the student needs to excel in their everyday lives. Tuition sessions for each student will typically be set for a certain number of hours per week (between 1–15), ideally during school hours. We also ask for a detailed report each week to monitor the students' progress and ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
