About the School: We partner with a specialist school in Bradford supporting students with a range of special educational needs (SEN), including autism, learning disabilities, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. The school is dedicated to providing a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student can thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of SEN.
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored learning to meet EHCP goals and individual needs.
  • Support students with social and emotional development, as well as academic progress.
  • Work alongside the class teacher and SENCO to implement strategies and adaptations that support inclusive education.
  • Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to help students engage with their learning.
