Full-Time SEN Teacher Needed for a Specialist Provision – Cheam.
Location: Cheam, South West London.
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing.

Key Responsibilities
- Creating a calm, supportive learning environment
- Supporting pupils' emotional regulation, social development and independence
- Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCo and pastoral staff
- Implementing EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families
- Working in a supportive, experienced SEN team in a well-resourced, nurturing provision with a strong focus on wellbeing
- Managing behaviour and emotional regulation strategies to maintain a safe learning space
- Adopting a patient, nurturing and adaptable teaching approach
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
- Ability to build positive relationships and create a safe learning space
