Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing personalised learning plans for each student
• Assessing and monitoring student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of student progress and achievements
• Communicating regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates and seek input
• Participating in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in SEN education
