We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and help them achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development.
  • Help implement Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Promote positive behaviour and inclusion within the classroom.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience preferred).
