The role involves providing tailored support to pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs, working alongside teachers to enable access to lessons and promote positive development.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with children or young people, an Enhanced DBS, and a patient, resilient approach.
