Cover People are recruiting for an experienced Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a pupil with complex SEMH needs in a mainstream primary school in North Manchester. The role starts in October and is long-term, 30 hours per week.
You will work closely with teachers, use de-escalation and positive behaviour strategies, and help the pupil access lessons. Experience with SEMH, challenging behaviour, and strong relationships is essential.
