Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supporting one Premises Assistant
  • Managing daily site operations, including security, maintenance, and compliance
  • Carrying out routine checks, health & safety tasks, and planned maintenance
  • Coordinating contractors and external services
  • Ensuring the school remains clean, safe, and fully functional
  • Responding quickly to issues and supporting the wider staff team
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a school premises or site management role
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of health & safety, safeguarding, and compliance
  • Ability to manage workloads, delegate tasks, and prioritise effectively
  • DBS on the Update Service (essential)
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
Contract & Hours:
  • 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday
  • All-year-round position
  • Temp to perm for the right candidate
  • Start and finish times to be confirmed
