We are currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Middleton, starting as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and loves helping young children learn, grow, and thrive during this crucial stage of development.
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver fun, engaging, and play-based learning
- Providing 1:1 and small group support
- Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Supporting children's social, emotional, and developmental needs
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working within EYFS (qualification preferred)
- A warm, patient, and positive approach
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS (child and adult workforce), satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE (2024) guidance and safer recruitment standards. Overseas police checks may be required where applicable.
