We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team at Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools in the Redhill area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support students with a range of special educational needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD)
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver personalised learning plans
  • Creating a safe, positive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Assisting with behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
  • Helping students build confidence, independence, and social skills
  • Foster a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment

Essential Requirements

  • A genuine interest in supporting children with special needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to learn and take part in training

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Previous experience in an SEN or mainstream school setting
