This role is ideal for a psychology graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs before pursuing a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, speech and language therapy, or teaching.
You will work closely with class teachers and specialist staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them engage confidently in their learning and development.

- Strong interest in child development, SEN, or mental health
- Patient, reliable, and passionate about inclusive education
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language, or similar) is desirable but not essential
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment while making a real difference to pupils' learning, confidence, and wellbeing.
