We're looking for a reliable and compassionate psychology graduate to work as a 1:1 SEND Support Assistant alongside a Year 1 pupil. This role provides tailored support to help the child access learning, build confidence, and make positive progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily one‑to‑one support to a Year 1 pupil with identified additional needs.
- Support access to the curriculum and reinforce learning activities under teacher guidance.
- Build positive relationships with the pupil, encouraging independence and engagement.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to adapt and differentiate tasks.
- Assist with social and emotional skill building.
- Contribute to observations and discussions about progress.
Qualifications
