What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language, and sensory processing challenges.
- Assisting students 1:1 or in small groups to access learning.
- Using movement, games, and structured routines to help children regulate emotions and stay focused.
- Working collaboratively with Teachers, SENCOs, and Therapists as part of a supportive team.
- Encouraging confidence, social interaction, and emotional development.
What We're Looking For:
- A sport science graduate or experienced sports coach passionate about working with children.
- Energetic, patient, and committed to making a difference.
- Open to supporting children with additional needs or behavioural challenges.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning

- Continuous support from a friendly and professional education agency
This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory references, and full compliance with KCSIE (2024) guidance and safer recruitment standards. Overseas police checks may be required where applicable.
