Are you a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real difference in a specialist school setting? We’re working with a well-respected school in Oldbury that caters for children with a wide range of additional needs, including complex learning difficulties. This is a full-time, long-term position with strong potential for a permanent role for the right person. You’ll be part of a nurturing and skilled team, providing vital support across the school and working closely with pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils with a range of complex needs
  • Assisting with classroom learning, sensory activities, and communication
  • Providing consistent behaviour support and emotional regulation
  • Helping implement EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
  • Working closely with class teachers and therapists to meet individual needs

  • A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent experience in an SEN setting)
