Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant seeking a rewarding role supporting schools across Market Harborough and nearby areas? We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic individuals who can drive and are happy to travel between different school locations when needed.
Responsibilities
- Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
- Working with small groups and 1:1 pupils
- Assisting children with additional learning needs where required
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour positively
- Covering different school locations across the area
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children or within schools preferred
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential
- Flexible, reliable and confident working in different settings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Experience across a variety of welcoming schools
- All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced DBS check
