Educato Limited is seeking energetic, empathetic individuals to join our partner schools as SEN Teaching Assistants – no prior classroom experience required. What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting children with a range of needs, including autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, speech and language, and sensory processing challenges.
- Assisting students 1:1 or in small groups to access learning.
- Using movement, games, and structured routines to help children regulate emotions and stay focused.
- Working collaboratively with Teachers, SENCOs, and Therapists as part of a supportive team.
- Encouraging confidence, social interaction, and emotional development.
What We're Looking For
- A sport science graduate or experienced sports coach passionate about working with children.
- Energetic, patient, and committed to making a difference.
- Open to supporting children with additional needs or behavioural challenges.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to provide a minimum of 2 professional references covering the last 2 years.
