  • A patient, caring and resilient approach, with the ability to respond calmly to challenging situations.
  • Confidence supporting personal care and following individual care plans, where required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for helping pupils with additional needs develop their confidence, independence and life skills.

Why Register with Educato?

  • A dedicated consultant supporting you throughout your placement.
  • Opportunities in SEND schools, mainstream schools with specialist provisions and alternative provisions.
  • Long-term, permanent and daily supply opportunities available.
  • Recommend a friend scheme.
  • Ongoing support throughout your career.

Whether you're an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant or have a strong background supporting children with complex needs, we'd love to hear from you.
