Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback where appropriate
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff and support staff to maintain high standards of learning
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Year 3 and/or Year 4 preferred
- Must be able to drive, due to school location and accessibility
- Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
