Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs? We are a welcoming and forward-thinking SEN school located in Chelmsford, Essex, seeking Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our dynamic and supportive team.

About the Role

As an LSA, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to students with a variety of learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other complex learning needs. This is a highly rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to help young people thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support within the classroom
  • Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Support students with emotional regulation, communication, and personal development
  • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
  • Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, therapists, and parents/carers
