A newly established specialist provision just outside West Drayton is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join its growing team. This purpose-built setting offers tailored education and therapeutic support in a safe, nurturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Experience supporting children with ASC and/or moderate learning difficulties
- Confident use of visual timetables, sensory tools, and augmentative communication
- Warmth, resilience, and strong teamwork
Qualifications
- Bonus skills:
- Team Teach or similar behaviour support training
- Familiarity with PECS, Makaton, or AAC
- Understanding of safeguarding in specialist settings
