Zest Education are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a 'Good' school in Harrow. We are seeking a dedicated and caring 1-to-1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil in Reception with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

  • Full time role, starting ASAP until July 2026
  • Provide individual support during class time, helping the pupil engage with learning tasks
  • Implement and follow personalised education plans (IEP / EHCP)
  • Assist with communication, social interaction and emotional regulation
  • Adapt activities and learning materials to meet the pupil's needs
  • Work closely with class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff
  • Monitor progress and provide feedback
  • Support routines, transitions and behaviour management strategies
