We are partnering with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Harrow that is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join its team from September 2026.

Your Responsibilities
As the KS1 Teacher, you'll play an important role in helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally through engaging and purposeful teaching.
- Delivering creative and engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
- Building a classroom culture where children feel safe, supported, and motivated to learn.
- Monitoring progress through effective assessment and adapting lessons where appropriate.
- Encouraging independence, resilience, and confidence in every pupil.
- Maintaining high standards of behaviour and classroom expectations.
- Working closely with colleagues, teaching assistants, and parents to support pupil development.
- Taking an active role in the wider life of the school community.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting (ECTs are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and current teaching practice.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A positive, organised, and flexible approach to teaching.
- A passion for helping children achieve both academically and personally.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
